Grup scolar industrial apoi facultate de inginerie la Targu Jiu, diverse maruntisuri dupa care primeste adeverinte de participare ca sa si le puna in CV-ul de deputat, un master la o universitate privata din Republica Moldova chiar inainte sa intre in Parlament. 5 ani tehnician metrolog la Targu Jiu, pana se specializeaza atat de tare in problemele tarii, incat e angajat ca expert ca sa-i invete pe parlamentari ceea ce le lipsea din cultura lor generala. Cu experienta castigata in Parlament, ramane in Bucureşti, Intrarea Camil Petrescu, Nr.5, Sector 1 ca sa conduca o firma de jocuri electronice, dupa care se intoarce in Targu Jiu ca sa conduca Agenţia Judeţeană Pentru Prestaţii Sociale Gorj.
Face “educatie si cercetare” la un grup scolar de transporturi auto, apoi se muta la Constanta ca director al RVD SMART SOLUTIONS S.A, companie care are ca obiect de activitate “Renaşterea şi Dezvoltarea Satului Românesc”. Foarte eficient si deja expert in multiple domenii, i-a luat doar un an domnului Alin Vasile Vacaru ca sa renasca si sa dezvolte satul romanesc, dupa care se intoarce ca inginer economist (“economia” oare de unde?) la S.C. ELIMASTRO S.R.L. in Targu Jiu. Inca un an director adjunct in localitatea Vârţ, nr. 157, aparent ca sa-si desavarseasca pregatirea pentru joburile de prefect la Gorj si apoi deputat la Bucuresti. Domnul Alin Vasile Vacaru poate manui Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox si Internet Explorer si intelege ce scrie chiar si atunci cand rezultatele search-urilor vin direct in engleza sau in franceza.
